Welcome to Provan AI, we are committed to providing users with valuable and creative APPs. Please read and fully understand this User Guidelines carefully before you start using Provan AI. Provan AI is mainly applicable to adults. Please make sure you are over 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, please suspend the use of Provan AI.
In order to comply with platform guidelines and protect the safety of our application content, we have developed a User Guidelines. By continuing to use Provan AI, you agree to our user terms of use and User Guidelines, and acknowledge that you have read our privacy agreement. Provan AI reserves the right to investigate and take necessary measures, including deleting content; suspending user service access; deleting, blocking or banning accounts or servers; if we find a violation of our user guide, we will deal with it as soon as possible. It is not allowed to create any content that exploits or harms minors; attempting, taking risks or threatening to exploit or harm minors, or having content that exploits or harms minors will be restricted. We have zero tolerance for content that depicts children in a sexual or violent manner. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content is prohibited. Any behavior that does not follow the Provan AI user guidelines will be banned, deleted, suspended from access to our services, and permanently deleted.
Provan AI is committed to creating a safe place for everyone. We do not allow the use of our services to create, upload or abuse content that is illegal or infringes on the rights of others. Or offensive and inappropriate content. This includes, but is not limited to:
Using this feature requires you to select photos on your device for processing. No personal or sensitive user data is collected or transmitted using this feature. Once your work is successfully created, the photo will be deleted from our server immediately. If the image you selected contains your portrait, you need to be aware of and agree to its use. If the material you choose contains other people's portraits, please obtain their consent before using it. Therefore, please make sure that all selected photos do not infringe on the portrait rights of others, and do not allow any child sexual abuse materials to help exploit or abuse children. Any content that does not comply with the relevant policies of the Google Play platform, such as inappropriate content, child endangerment, etc., will be blocked and processed, and all consequences caused by this will be borne by you.
Provan attaches great importance to the protection of intellectual property and other types of personal rights. We do not allow the production or dissemination of any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (such as copyrights or trademarks). Any content that violates, threatens to violate, or otherwise adversely affects personal rights, or otherwise creates or modifies binding and enforceable obligations, is not allowed. We attach importance to the protection of personal information and privacy of minors. We especially remind you to be cautious in using and publishing all legal authorizations and consents containing information such as portraits of minors. If the relevant content infringes on the rights of minors, we have the right to remove this inappropriate content.
If you find inappropriate content while using our App services, please report the offensive content to us in the app, and we will remove the inappropriate content as soon as possible based on the user's report information. Thank you for your cooperation.

Due to technical limitations, it is not ruled out that the generated content is unreasonable, flawed or may contain inappropriate adult content and other problems.
